Polyester resins

Fe a t u r e s"PESRESIN A Series" products are typical to see our expertise. These are fine emulsions of Polyester resin by our proprietary technologies, designed for functional coatings. The coatings provide excellent anchor function on PET film surface, e.g. aiming at good printability with water-inks, solvent-inks, UV-inks etc.

Water resistance
testing condition  Coat 1μ of PESRSIN on to the PET film→110℃×3min. Dry→150℃×3sec.
Dip the coated film into the water for 24hours and observed the film appearance.
Good: No dissolution/ Fair: Swelling /Poor: Dissolution/
Excellent: No dissolution( Even on boiled water for 30min.)

Testing condition  ①Adhesion to PET film:
Coat 1μ of PESRSIN on to the PET film→Dry at 110℃×3min.→Peel off the Scotch
tape tightly adhered on the coated surface, and watch the surface→Good as no
peel, fair as partly remain, - as no data.
②Adhesion to over coating:
Coat 1μ of PESRSIN on to the PET film→Dry at 110℃×3min.→Coat 5μ of the
over coating on the PESRESIN layer→ Dry at 90℃×10min.→Peel off the Scotch
tape tightly adhered on the coated surface, and watch the surface→Good as no
peel, fair as partly remain, - as no data.
